きっかけが無いというのは「マーシャラー」という職業自体、ｸﾞ­ﾗﾝﾄﾞﾊﾝﾄﾞﾘﾝｸﾞという職業の中の一つの仕事としてある­だけなので、「マーシャラー」になるきっかけはなかったという事­ではないでしょうか。

I applaud this female ramp agent. It's good to see a woman do a physically demanding job. There should be more women like her. I wonder what the world would be like if there were more male flight attendants and more female ramp agents? Would be an awesome sight.
