I have this game. I'm creating the Vancouver B.C mod for it. You just used Emergency 4 Editor to do these lights? 'cause these are UNBELIEVABLE amazing!

its a game called EMERGENCY 4 (EM4) or 911 first responders..with a mod called LA mod added onto that
