There's any problem to do these on full motion? I really felt my legs, when doing this for endurance training for martial arts

This is for glute activation, because in most of us glutes are not recruited as they should (sedentary life, being seated for 8 hours). I guess they went heavy afterwards, but after activating the glutes theyre able to generate more force.

@DeMoNSe3d Yes, I put this between squats and followed it up with heavy KB swings.
