CRYSTAL CHAPPELL: Thank you! Thank you so much.

CBS.com: How does it feel?
CRYSTAL CHAPPELL: It always feel goods. There's never a bad feeling when your nominated. It's exciting, I am sort of in the middle of my day when I am driving my kids around, going grocery shopping and paying bills so it's really kind of this surreal thing that is laid in your lap. I am looking forward to June and seeing people and I am so excited that a lot of new people got nominated. It was really kind of exciting.

CBS.com: How did you find out about your nomination?
CRYSTAL CHAPPELL: I had taken my eldest son to school and we had thirty minutes before we had to take our second child to school, so we went to a bagel shop and got a muffin and my publicist called me. It was three hours earlier here because I am in California so she told me. It was cool. My head wasn't really in it. I'm really busy this week, it was a nice reminder of life outside of mommy world. And then I immediatly thought, what am I going to wear!

CBS.com: What scenes did you submit?
CRYSTAL CHAPPELL: The second part of Buzz and Olivia's wedding where Olivia is in Company and talking to Jeffrey about their past and the second episode was primarily with Kim Zimmer (Reva). It was Olivia blackmailing Reva to help her with Jeffrey. I thought they were different episodes and told a story, even though it's sort of warped, but it tells a story.

CBS.com: Do you have any plans to celebrate?
CRYSTAL CHAPPELL: I'll get back to New York and I'm sure at some point my castmates and I will do something but today I am just going to hang with the family.

CBS.com: Have you spoken to anyone from GL?
CRYSTAL CHAPPELL: Nicole [Forester] (Cassie) and I have texted back and forth and a few other people I've heard from. I need to call Danny [Cosgrove] (Bill) and Gina [Tognoni] (Dinah).
