  • maybe its just the mic on video cameras, but does that high pitched humming noise i hear very noticable? im saving up to get a motorcycle and its basically this or a harley davidson softail. im a little surprised at how a huge engine like this produces such a tame noise. and if that hum is noticable, does adding different pipes help get rid of it?

  • @CaptainKill1124

Not sure about the noise. The engine is pretty quiet.. the pipes make a big difference...when this engine has loud pipes it kinds sounds like a big diesel truck... very cool sounding. I would suggest checking triumphs web site under EVENTS and see if there is a demo event near you. If not try a local dealer I have heard they will let you try one out.

  • Very nice riding footage. Though I will probably be on the road with four wheels only for another 5+ years, the Rocket III and Rocket III Touring really caught my interest. Take care!

  • @WhiteDevil1986

The touring was surprisingly easy to ride it is a heavy bike for sure and is making some serious power, but once it's rolling it is very light on the bars. And was not hard to handle at all. The regular R3 was much more difficult. Thanks for watching.

  • there are some very good deals on the 09's right now.

  • @bigfoot390 I can't figure out why more manufacturers don't do this type of event.. I am sure they have sold quite a few bikes after people try them out. I really like just about everything they build. If I had to pick ONE bike I think the R3T would be VERY high on my list.. it does it all, and man it's freaking fast too.

  • @kens97sto171 wellllll I did that and bought a blue R3T...Every time I am at work and want to take a spin I watch your vid..

  • @bigfoot390 Thanks.. glad you like it.. Awesome machine. Check out Triumph's web site under "events" they hold these demo rides all over the country.. usually you will find that there are several near your city. read the restrictions before going.. they have some age, clothing, etc rules you must follow or they wont let you ride. If you do go.. GET THERE EARLY.. so you can ride more stuff.

  • very well done

  • Thanks.. I am still working on editing the two other bikes I rode.. The Bonneville T100, and the Tiger 1050. Probably have the Bonnie done this weekend, and the Tiger next.. so stay tuned.

    Thanks for watching
