Another heavy bag workout. My right kick is starting to gain some speed. Still have to work more on balance.

  • Not bad at all. Next time, finish with a jumping split kick into both bags. Also, open a window in there, it looks dank.

  • Okay, I'll do a jumping split kick AND I will do a slow motion Van Damme scream at the same time. :-)

  • you take your guard down when you kick.....

some one easily defend your kick, and bring in a nice elbow too your face. :)

  • I noticed that too. That's why I tape this shit so I'll see flaws. But thanks.

  • damn i thought this was gonna be a noob video.. but year man your scary... r u right handed by the way?

  • Thanks man. I'm left handed.

  • u kick like mirko crocop. good work lol

  • This is all good man :)

  • Also just something to add to your arsenal my Muay Thai instructor works 2 similar techniques for our round kicks. First is to just drive up from the ground through the target like you are doing here. Second, which can be more powerful when you get it down is to lift the leg first then twist at the hip. It is a slightly longer kick but at the point of delivery all the force is going directly across your target into the kick instead of some energy being used to lift the leg still.

  • All in all pretty good. Rear roundhouse looks pretty good form wise, looks like your not getting the hips turned over all the way for the front roundhouse in this vid. Best trick to get in that habbit I know of is to pick a spot on the wall behind you and turn hard enough at the waist you can pick up that target when you finish the kick. Obviously will want to not do that when another person is added to the mix but it works very well for developing the mechanics in heavy bag work.

  • Mikä seura? :p

  • idk what these haters are saying nice power you got there man any tips

  • This guy has shit form

  • damn dude u got some power
