The whole world DOESN'T have to get involved when we erect certain import barriers from individual foreign nations and tell us how to run our trade policy!! No one has that right. States should work together in bi or trilateral ways to figure out the best trade policies for each other. Bilateral trade never failed, so why did we abandon it for WTO? If we want this Colombia FTA so badly, why not just have the WTO negotiate it and vote on it immediately and make it law, you douchebags in dc??

Will we ever see an end to agreements like GATT, NAFTA, and CAFTA? One can only hope.

The WTO is just the neoliberal corporate shills' meeting place whenever a member gov't erects "barriers" to this unrestricted free trade philosophy. They think trade should be free at any cost because "free trade is never wrong! it always works." They are as delusional as those Obama and McCain supporters.
Keep drinking the Koolaid, WTO.

NO.. Ralph is cool. The media portray him as a nut. But he is not.
Gravel, Nader, Kucinich.... True leaders.

brilliant ralph. Unbelievable work rate this guy has.
Ralph was talking about the horrors of NAFTA, GATT and WTO long before the Dems realized it was a good campaign topic to get votes. Ralph is way ahead of his time - I only wish the sheeple of America could snap out of thier brainwashed state and think for themselves (instead of letting CNN, MSNBC, and FOX think for them).
Vote Nader 2008!

The establishment doesn't want Nader in the debates because they know he would blow them all away, esp. when it comes to corporate power. He has the facts on his side; the Republicans and Democrats just have spin. Nader is not a career politician, and he has devoted his life to public service, so you know he's the real deal. McCain has been a shitty Senator for over 20 years, flip-flopping every which way, and Obama mainly changes his positions. Time to go BACK to bilateral trade!
