  • ive hit 1:06 before and ive done 250m in 36.6

  • @AxelPRC

Well done Axel. I've not hit 1:06 yet but can hit 1:07 regularly now, 100m is 14.1s and 250m is 36.5s

  • By the way, this is not speeded up, we both had finishing stroke rates of over 70 spm!

Before anyone says we are not using our legs, you're right (in the sense that we have shortened the stroke to maximize peak power application).

Sprint rowing is a different technique from on the water or classical distance rowing... it's bonkers but great fun!!
