I'm not accusing but it seems that Kennedy is purposefully narrowing the market with the intent to monopolize. Of course the only reason this would be profitable for Kennedy is him receiving kickbacks (or other benefits esp during elections) and we all know that NEVER happens. The reason I say this is that there is no reason to narrow the market. Narrowing the market in the way intended by Kennedy is to go against fair market practices by eliminating competition with government legislation.

Let me guess... Do they grow tobacco in Indiana?
Cigars & pipes?
This man is a dingbat. And the lady who yielded him one of her minutes is a super dingbat.

LIES LIES LIES
Reading between his lies: "Why help people QUIT smoking, when we can help the tobacco industry SELL them NEW nicotine products?"
Rep Steve Buyer... BOUGHT by the tobacco industry.
-
He did have some facts but hes just another corperate puppet. Instead of restricting the tobaco market from expanding, which is what Kennedy wants to do, he wants to allow the big tobacco companies, the ones that have been killing people for years, to grow so that in the near future they can maybe, posibly, create a slightly less harmful cancer stick.

Why is he a moron? It seemed that he had his facts straight and provided good points.
-
He was actually talking about the democratic senator Kennedy introducing a bill that was/is 'do or die'. The bill would narrow what nicotine products could be put on store shelves. The republican in this video was wanting to broaden the field of products; in other words, he didn't want it to be 'do or die' as Kennedy wants

7% success is a lie. It is not that high. Giving smokers nicotine so they can quit their addiction to nicotine is typical government bullshit. Smokers help the economy (its a fallacy that they get sick more often...more gov. bs so they can tax the hell out of them), and they die early and quickly, saving the gov. more money in pension savings. But 75% of the people are non-smokers so we go along with it.

As a guy from Indiana I can honestly say that most Indiana political hacks seem to be morons.

What a joke.
GOP have no problems going after abstinence for sex education.
But they are against abstinence of smoking.
