Richie was the best drummer in the Ramones, in my opinion.

I dont care how much people slam "Animal Boy" and "Halfway to Sanity", they are two great albums, along with, of course, "Too Tought To Die"

I wish they had treated him better, and i wish there had been an official release of him playing, so i dont have to try and find bootlegs of him.

I agree, Richie is a great drummer, powerful and consistent but his style simply didn't work for the ramone's sound.

@jirayasamaa he carried the whole band through the 80's, wrote songs, sang and played drums, he's a whole band all by himself and never gets enough credit in my opinion
