@sweetbamabrown yes, a small cake decorator works much better for MP. It takes some practice to get the timing and consistency right but if you keep at it, you will get it. : )

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong I can't get this to work for me at all. Would it be better to use an actual cake decorator instead of the piping bags? It's like I can never get the consistency right so that I can pipe it on the cup cakes. It seems to always be too runny.

@princesslolasluv I just mean I pour a little olive oil inside of cake decorator, rub it around to make sure nothing sticks.. any oil will work. The cake decorator ( I used in this vid), I think, works well for melt and pour soap. Its small and easy to pluck soap out when it gets hard. I found it at second hand store for a couple of bucks.

@princesslolasluv I used normal sprinkles.
The frosting comes out a lot better and fluffier if you use a whipped soap base.

What is the gel soap you are talking about, and did you spray your cupcake base with alcohol so it will stick to the frosting?

@winnielane I just mean clear liquid hand soap, any brand will work.. no, the frosting will stick to base without so I never felt the need to use on cupcakes.

I just wanted to know if you have ever tried using ivory soap flakes as your soap base

@MSTRICE314 no.. I never tried it before but I do wonder what type of soap it would make.
