The Buggyra Freightliner Race Team ran
a European Truck Grand Prix round in Le Mans using the shorter Bugatti configuration of the Circuit de la Sarthe back in early September 2007 (Saturday 08 and Sunday 09 September to be exact). The videos, like the ones in Albacete, were originally two parts, but made them as a single 3'13" (three minute, thirteen second) video.

  • started in australia i think these guys are fucking nuts though, it's been around forever

  • Wrong! Truck racing actually started in the States back in the 1970s (1979 to be exact)

  • i didnt know they went this fast...i was expecting them to be like they are on the freeway

  • Unfortunately for safety reasons, up to 100mph or 160km/h

  • At least I have the rFactor Truck Racing Mod as a substitute.

  • It's best to comment, just NOT negatively please.

  • Optimus wins

  • petes and KW's are too big to run races man. i'd rather race a mustang then a coupe deville ya know?

  • exactly you are dumb ass ... and guys on podium Vrsecky and Bösiger just race for what for MAN ? XD Try to use your brain before you post something ... or if it is too hard try google pictures search :-D

  • hey dumb ass who posted this these arnt buggyras buggyras look like the continental or traditiounals but they are bigg and boxxy like these are all over cab and traditional

  • After watching a load of European truck racing, I've come to the conclusion that non-cab over trucks are strictly a North ans South American thing. Don't see a lot of Kenworth, Peterbilt, or Freightliners involved. By the way, who told the French they were allowed to build heavy vehicles?!!!

  • man i knew this had something to do with the red necks

  • lol a F1-car among those beasts would no doubt be in a serious trouble :-)

  • That would be even better with trailrs

  • cool :D:D

  • Gee, only 160 in a 6 ton vehicle? I'd say that's pretty quick.
