We all know that throughout history numerous cases of executed convicts were later found proven to be innocents and given the 'Too late pardons'. The law does have flaws. The law sometimes kill innocents unknowingly. There can be false-evidence planters. There can be lying witnesses also that dupes the law into believing them. There can be some biased or corrupted Police, Prosecutors, Judges or strong influence of a Jury member. The question of the death sentence is hard to believe in anymore.

Society is judged on how it treats it's prisoners. Look at all the countries that still use torture and death penalties, many of which are 3rd world poor countires, however few arn't.

Straight up folks; Australia appears to have the most PUSSIFIED criminal sentencing guidelines I have ever seen. It IS a crime the way crims can disrupt, destroy and/or take peoples lives only to get a relative slap on the wrist after some judge notes the offender had a shitty childhood or that they were under the influence of something when they committed the crime. Let the punishment fit the crime and make it public! If low-lifes can't respect the law out of decency, make scum-bags FEAR IT!!

Hmm, that's a tough one. Since sometimes the innocent may get killed by mistake. But maybe if they 100% did the crime. I think if you're a rapist or a pedo you should get castrated, or just your penis cut off so it won't happen again. But if you're a killer, then i don't really see the point in trying to work your way back into society, people will never take kindly to you.
