After posting this video, I noticed there were a few small errors in the sheet music and have corrected them in the version available for download from the website.

I use Finale PrintMusic to make my sheet music. If I can get enough work from my website, I may purchase Sibelius; it looks like it has more things to like than Finale, but for now, that does the job.
This is the actual recording from the CD "Songs Without Words", released by Windham Hill Records in 1997.
