my team also runs triangle of death. super effective drill especially for handlers or newer players who need to build up confidence and stop hesitating

dude...your totally hardwork..... i was wondering how i could practice on my own... tried native baskets with nets but it needed too much accuracy and kinda impractical..... the pole was pretty ingenius.... simple.but ingenius... of all the videos i searched in youtube. your the last tutorial that i followed..and was effective.. thanks brodie...... darkhorse!!!!!.......

@mandelhandle This isn't uncommon. You fingers aren't use to the grip and thus need lots of practice before that pain goes away.
