It looks like the leg of its meal. You can see the bulge of the meal on both sides of the leg. The snake is dead and someone cut the side open and pulled out the undigested leg.

I'm sure you're not lying, but people on YouTube just saying that its real doesn't help me... so like I said, can you tell me HOW you know that its real (i.e. the reliable source where you got your information)? @instereovideos It is real. I remember seeing this on the news a few years back. The snake was found in china. Though it is extremely rare but snakes do have an ancient recessive gene that if activated, it can be possible for it to grow a leg or legs. They are doing something similar with chickens in a laboratory. They are activating an ancient gene to cause them to grow more scales then feathers as well as teeth. I watched a special about trying to seeif it were possible to recreate dinosaurs.
