  • nice abs, could you explain to me what purpose training the obliques serves? Does it make the abs more visible?

  • @MyChannel387 Just like other exercises, training the muscles makes them stronger, have more endurance and/or increase stability

  • Hey! just wondering if this exercise can be done the same without the ball thing? I dont have anything to lean on so can I do this by just leaning on my hand on the floor? Ooh and also do you have any videos of how to do a reverse crunch just lying down on the floor? I seen your other video but again I dont have a bench to do them on either :( your videos are great im looking foward to seeing some results !

  • @Nicola92tw Yes, you can do this exercise on the floor and you can do the same reverse crunch technique that I show in my video without a bench. You just need something sturdy (like a couch or bedframe) to hold onto. Good luck! :)

  • My balance is crap trying to do this. even from my knees. Any tips? Could it be the size of the ball I'm using that is making things more difficult?

  • @outofboundswithbunny If the BOSU is blown up very, very high, then yes it could make doing the exercise more challenging
