i guess the only rule is to look straight ahead and avoid anything... i dont think they look in the mirror or to the sides... if everybody follows that rule it should work ^^ insane....

The video shows disorganized traffic, not because the number of vehicles is too large but because lack of some rulings

it's impossible to do that.more than 8 million in a tiny city.with tourist.don't be a smart ass.they can't do anything about it.unless some part of the population move into the outer part of the city and onward.

it's better that way.the government wouldn't have to spend money on hiring police officers to watch the traffics because the people can handle it themselve.unlike here.people think they did everything right.
