The 100+ year tradition of the Yell Leaders has to be understood before it's acceptable to someone who is clueless about it.
Those five guys in old-school janitorial uniforms have so much more humor, personality, and spirit than any other generic collegiate cheerleading team. Their commitment to school spirit and keeping the crowd entertained is second to none. It's the reason we don't need female cheerleaders.
Though as a guy, I wouldn't mind. ;)

This is comparing apples to oranges. Texas A&M has yell leaders. Not cheerleaders. I'm happy we don't do stupid cookie cuter routines that were done back in high school. Texas A&M does have a competitive cheer squard that is better and hotter than these teams. Plus they went to NCA cheer nationals to win 5th. Not bad for their first time.

Maybe a/m should put their cheer "squard" on the field during games and remove the ghey milk men.
