Some constructive criticism on the vehicle.
One, the two plates greatly lower the maneuverability which is one of the greater advantages of a Warthog in Multiplayer.
Two, as far as I know, Plasma and Spiker grenades still stick to the warthog and Firebombs still light it on fire, so in return for lower mobility, you've gained a resistance against newb-thrown frag grenades.
Three, a Tank doesn't lose it's speed and has increased (by comparison) armor, as well as being able to return fire.
