This spacious apartment of approximately 585 square feet is found in a new skyscraper with beautiful views. It has a 24-hour doorman and a reception area where all visitors are announced. There are laundry facilities in the basement and a courtyard roof top on the second floor. There is also a gym, a swimming pool and a garage in the building as well.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find the kitchen to your left. It has white tiled floors and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher, and all dishware and utensils are provided.

To the right of the kitchen, you will find the bathroom, which has marble floors and walls. It is equipped with a bathtub with a shower, cabinets, a sink, and a mirror.

The living room is cozy, and has large bay windows, offering a great view of Manhattan skyline. You will find a sofa, a love seat, a coffee table, a dinner table, and a TV with cable.

The bedroom, which has bay windows as well, comes with a comfortable king-size bed, a dresser, a mirror, and a TV with cable.

Of course, eing a furnished apartment, linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Midtown West is a fantastic neighborhood of Manhattan, where you will find plenty of historic sites, restaurants and shopping.

The apartment is only a short walk to Lincoln Center, Central Park, Times Square and the Theatre district. The famous Ed Sullivan Theater, which has been home to the David Letterman Show since 1993), is a few blocks away. If you would like to do a little shopping, the Time Warner Center, with its great boutiques and restaurants, is within walking distance from this apartment.

Eventually, public transportation to every part of Manhattan is accessible within a three block radius, whether you are going down to Wall Street, up to Harlem to hear a Sunday Gospel Choir, or to SoHo. Taxis are right outside the door, and you can just ask the doorman to hail one for you.
