Runescape Account resets?

YES they do Rollback accounts randomly to piss people off and dont give you any support whatsoever.

i went on the XP rollback update forum and posted this:
thats exactly the same for me i would NEVER BOT or MACRO but somehow i get xp rollbacked for about 3 years of work. i played this game for 7 years and this is how i get repayed!? i made a youtube video here http://***.youtube.***/watch?v=RTWXa6KTUQI
i spent all of my spare time playing this game and im not letting it disapear so easy. i also play wow but i stopped it to play RS. if i dont get my stuff and skills back im going back to play wow and im bringing all my friend with me!

The system itself seams like a good idea but it looks like its been taken too lightly. you said you would make absolute sure that he was botting but i bet on everyone i knows grave that i never botted and will never. i played allot more last xp weekend just to get higher runecrafting. you NEED to be more carefull this isnt fair what so ever. 5 years of membership is allot to see it disapear without even a message and a false excuse.

yes. i didnt have any offences ever but i got rolled back first time without getting banned. they say its an alternative to getting permenantly banned.

You crashed your laptop? umad? get a life? omg I was 4 times scammed in row, first I hardly made 45m and next day I logged in I had nothing in bank and in note was writed "thank you for your bank" next 2months I made 67m! then next day I logged in I had nothing again, and like 2weeks ago I made 157m!!! i got rolled back it was fuckin bullshit i had 94 cb and 99's... i quit the game... i had been playing for 6 years and i had payed over 100 bucks for membership... BULLSHIT!

...a simple clicker/any kinda of auto clicking device is a bot/macroing it doesn't pertain to jst the more hightech devices out there that walk to mining spot,mine,walks to bank,walks back

(macroing even is related to auto clikers that u download to just click/walk for u)
