This was a really interesting, informative and honest documentary
Out of curiosity, how do native Middle Eastern dance patrons react to dancers who have studied under the Suhaila format? Do they find the movement base significantly different from dancers who have studied in less codified schools? If so, do they like it?

@CordsZ Several of Jamila's and Suhaila's students have had successful careers in the Middle East. . and most commented their audiences said they had elements of the old style dancers. . referring back to Tahia Carioca, Samia Gamal, etc. (who were Jamila's main influences). And given that their careers were long-standing and successful, it appears their audiences did like them.
