Good luck!

@andythesoupdragon i was watching this other documentary the other day and it talked about cleaner energy. This scientist have made an artificial tree that are capable of absorbing 1Ton of CO2 a day. That is very impressive. It only require a very small amout of energy and water to run it. Even if we plant these trees they believe that we are still going to hit a 2degrees rise in temperature.

Ok, I'm on the fence about Global Warming (I prefer it to be called "climate change" since it doesn't actually result in uniform temperature rises) so I'm not saying this video is wrong about it.
But damn is it ever anvillicious, I mean really they keep pounding it in "EVERYTHING IS GOING TO SHIT BECAUSE WE KEEP USING ENERGY Z0MG!" And quite frankly I think it's taking it a little too far...

@MegaWolfgang It stands to reason, the more CO2 in the atmosphere, the better trees & plants function. Governments the world over could pay people to plant trees instead of sitting on their butt & watch daytime television. At the very least this would bring down the unemployment figures & counter the deforestation in the Amazon region

Spot on

soon the world will be covered in water and in a couple thousand years theres is going to be something like atlantis because water makes stuff grow.

Thanks for uploading!

@exodu266 Actually, we only believe it is happening fast now because we're only just now able to measure it. In as early as the year 180 the Vandals were being driven from their home in Eastern Europe by climate change. Unable to cope with the combined might of a changing environment and neighboring tribes, they eventually moved to northern Africa to establish dominion.
While warming and cooling is quite real, we should not be surprised.
@MegaWolfgang it never happened this fast... while it is true its a cycle, we are forcing this by changing the atmosphere chemical composition with co2 and methane ( 10 times as powerful as co2 )... the effect is not the end of the world, its the end of our civilization. The earth will recover from this in a few million years and life will thrive again but us, we'll be gone... get your facts straight people

@irishgeal1 Global warming is true. But humans are not the cause. It has happened before and will happen again as it has throughout the history of this planet. 500 years ago Viking setters were growing crops and farming in Greenland. 200 years later they left due to lowering temperatures froze the place. At the end of Cretaceous period the temp on average was 9 degrees warmer than now. What do the tree huggers blame then, dinosaur farts?
