This was filmed at ScreamFest, 2009, October 24 in the house called "Bates Motel", probably around 830 - 9pm. We were there till 8pm - 1130pm and got home around after 12. It took almost 30 minutes to drive there, because of where I live, ha ha.
I was with my friend Renea in this video, and we met these girls in line ahead of us, and asked if it was their first time, and it was. So we talked before we went in the house and we decided to go through with them in the three houses we did. So in this video, it was myself, Renea, Taylor, Kaitlin (the other girl, not me) and Karly/Karlie/Carly/Carlie (not sure how to spell it, ha ha). It was super fun.
ScreamFest most likely starts at 7pm and ends at 12am. You can go earlier if you like, during the day, but the night time begins at 7pm (: okay? And there was five houses to chose from, which were:
Nuclear Nightmare
Bates Motel
Black Hole
Lucifer's Labrynth
Terror Under The Big Top
For Nuclear Nightmare, I'm not sure what it exactly was, because I never went in it, when I do sometime, I'll edit this.
For Bates Motel, it was like a haunted Motel pretty much, you'd go up stairs, and through a motel "house" with really squished in walls and things popping out randomly scaring you, obviously. (First house we went in).
Black Hole is pretty much pitch black inside, so you'd have to feel your way around just a little, but you could see. There are lights, but then there barely is, and once again, things pop out and stuff. (Third house we went in).
Lucifer's Labrynth is like a maze, its not inside, its taken place outside, so its all set up and stuff. And you go through it, and a lot of things pop out at you, and the actors just follow you and creep you out (happened to us). And near the end of the maze, there's a guy with a chainsaw, and he turns it on and comes near you, ha ha. (Second one we went in).
Terror Under The Big Top is a clown like house. You put 3-D glasses on and its a creepy clown house, and there's a clown inside (I think, I was told).
We only went in three, which was Bates Motel, Black Hole and Lucifer's Labrynth. They weren't that scary, just more shocking, ha ha.
Around the whole park area, there would be actors going around, going in your face, scaring you, so on. There's most likely going to be two chainsaw guys, one in maze and one at the park, and a clown with an axe, and just other actors dressed up all scary. Their professionals, so they know how to work everything, but you cannot touch any of the actors, so don't. You could get hurt and such. Also, if you don't act scared, then they'll just leave you alone, but if you scream, etc, then they'll creep you out more and chase you around if you run. Ha.
On weekdays, it costs 15$ to get in, and I'm not sure what the times are for when it starts and everything, I'm pretty sure it still starts at 7, but not sure when it ends considering its a school night, ha. (And you can probably go during the day as well).
On weekends, it costs 20$ to get in, and you can go during the day, but the night time starts at 7pm and ends at 12 (midnight).
For either one, you get a ticket with the five houses that was listed above, and you get something already checked off that says "Fest 'Evil Tent" (which I will explain in a little) and a Bonus Haunted House, which you can use to go into your favorite house out of all five.
When your getting your ticket, most likely they'll ask if you want something called KILLER CASH. Killer Cash is something that you use in the Fest 'Evil Tent. You can use it for:
1 Game (6 games to choose from)
1 ride on The Last Ride
1 Entry to Buried Alive or
1 Entry to The M.A.D. House in 3-D
At the bottom it will then say "Using 2 coupons you can get your photo in a coffin, or a temporary tattoo (5$ value)". Okay?
