This band was in exactly the right place at the right time in 1984, reflecting the phenomenal success of the first two singles 'Relax', and this masterpiece.

The UK was in the grip of a media-induced panic concerning Aids, whilst on the brink of World War III, courtesy of our Russian and American comrades.

I can't think of another period in our musical history, other than The Beatles and Elvis, when chart music was more relevant, politically antagonistic, and fresh as the morning air.
