I have other fancams where Shindong was with Sungmin and they went out into the mall to buy that. My suspicion is that he had a some kind of reaction while shaving or something like that (like razor burn y'know) and went out to get ointment or just an ice pack.

Both him, Jaejoong, Yehsung, and Kangin were never seen out in the lobby. Either they never left their rooms or they let really early... Though I did see Heechul the previous night in the elevator lobby ^__^
