Rodio One founder, Cathy Hughes is encouraging all people of color who have radio stations locally in the African-American/Latino communities across the United States, not support this bill that could jeopardize major marketing corporations of "Radio-One, Clear Channel" and other major marketing radio corporations in the United States.

Michigan Congressman, John Conyers; Texas Congress Woman, Sheila Jackson-Lee and Utah Conservative Republican Orrin Hatch, are hosting and supporting a bill called "The Performance Tax Bill" that will definitely destroy local Black owned radio stations, Radio-One, Clear Channel and Pirate FM Radio Stations, putting those stations that are important, informative for Blacks and people of color who needs it in their inner-city communities out of business.
