Good voice... but that's not much comparing to what Mariah does with this song. My advice is to create your own songs, or to pick up something else, not so close to perfection as Mariah is (or WAS).

You're a very great singer, but singing an MC song naturally draws a comparison: I am of the opinion that singing a Mariah song is generally a bad idea considering exactly how unique her voice is; high-pitched, low, raspy, husky, and unbelievably clear at the same time. This sets up for a very special sound when she sings, and this is what makes her songs so very much her own. I do, however, think you sound a *lot* like Whitney Houston, and would love to hear you singing one of her songs :D!
