Canon MP270 Printer Cartridge Change

At the time of making this video I did not need to replace a cartidge so I actually just put the old one back in, but it is exactly the same process minus the unpacking of the new cartridge. I actually made this to explain to my Mum whilst I was at uni :D

my MP's showing signs of both inks running low,any idea if these carts can just be re-filled instead of buying expensive canon originals?

@Daggerpie69 They are not specifically designed to be refilled as there is no access hole but I'm pretty sure a hole can be drilled on top to allow you to inject ink from a refill kit. It shouldn't do any damage to the printer if you try it anyway, providing you don't spill ink inside it. You may be able to find a cheaper unbranded cartridge but these can sometimes have compatibilty issues.
