Good explanation , very bad music which blows my ear off

Very nice, interesting and educating. But those final sounds really scared me out of my wits :) And nice accent, too. And the picture representing flexibility is just perfect. Now if anyone tells me that "doing this is like scratching your left ear with your right foot" (which is quite common in Russian), I'll tell them that that's flexibility. But i really hoped you would describe the pattern itself, though.
