Sigfried is not Shadow, he's a different person.  If you left the floating continent without waiting for Shadow then you can't get him back.

Man I aways have Shadow in my party once I get him back. I can't even think about finish this game if I don't have Shadow in my party he is just that Awesome.

I did the dungeon but even from doing this I just fight against Typhon not Shadow, and I don't have Relm...
