A fan trailer I made for The Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien. I used many films and trailers to make this. I figured there are so many Hobbit trailers out there, that I may as well try something different.
Movies used in no particular order:

-Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader
-The Time Machine
-Diablo 3 cinematic trailer
-WoW Wrath of the Witch King cinematic
-WoW Cataclysm cinematic
-Pirates of the Caribbean 4
Music:
Brand X - Forgotten World
Two Steps From Hell - Wrath of Sea
Audio from Eragon trailer and a few video game trailers, and the Silmarillion audiobook of course.

@ae1395 There are plans with Peter Jackson to make the Silmarillion movie, but it will be after the end of the Hobbit, so after 2013.

Nice. Peter Jackson's getting old, and a movie of this magnitude is probably beyond him, unfortunately.

@cmb166 Yeah, I think he would love to but I'm afraid he just can't, because Tolkiens son Christopher owns all the rights for the Silmarillion, Narn î Chîn Húrin, the HoME and all other books and hes against the movies :/
