on my mac when i have downloaded it, after it is downloaded it asks me if i want to, Download or cancel, because it is warning me to if i want to or not please help me and reply.

It should just have a "X" when it starts to extract, let the fille download and then cancel the extraction.

Hi there,
So have you got the file 1.1.1 ok when its finshed the download it will then extract, cancel this. You have to be quick and watch the file download the quickly cancel the extraction!
Then there will be a xtracted file on your pc/mac which is the .zip file.
i will do another video... check my videos out
and see if they help
