Tokyo Tower: Going Down!

After going up, I decided to walk down. It was a nice relaxing walk down the 600 stairs. What's next? Mt. Fuji?

They use to play this really annoying song there 24/7. The main riff was something like:

C-C-B-A-C-C-B-A-C-C-C-quarter rest

All swung eight notes (or a rhythm that sounded like swung eight notes) execpt for the last three notes, which were quarter notes.  Can someone help me?

I was born and raised up in roppongi,but I never tried Tokyo tower yet.thought I could go there anytime if I want.but I only watch it on TV now.
