DDP, quick question, i am very interested in DDP Yoga, I am 18 as of now, and I've been lifting since freshman year, sure lifting weights can be fun but at the same time I feel like I need to up my workout and make it more challenging. Then I found out about DDP Yoga, I am a huge wrestling fan so I was instantely hooked to DDP Yoga, I have a question, how should I start, is there a beginers DVD I can start at?
