Debate between James Flynn, author and professor of political philosophy and studies intelligence, and Charles Murray, author of the 1994 controversial book The Bell Curve, as well as other books criticizing domestic government policy.
James Flynn claims that the differences in IQ are entirely environmental "with a slight biological origin", while Charles Murray thinks the differences are both environmental and genetic - but more genetic. Murray does not think that ones "race" is the sole determining factor for predicting intelligence. The Bell Curve, I think, was ripped out of context by racists who HAVEN'T EVEN READ THE BOOK!!! I can remember getting into debates with racists who used that book as a source, so I read it - especially Chapter 13 - and I can tell that they didn't even read the book.
This was a very respectful debate between two men who stuck to the facts - the way debates should be.
What would his children's IQ be after slavery..or a beat down... Doesn't matter there are many children of color who are intelligent..God fearing & loveable.

@awm4151 It's not just PC, it's SC...scientifically correct. At least the major modern scientific consensus. You sound like a climate change denier, whose only criticism of climate change seems to be how PC it is, along with implications of scientific conspiracy or corruption. The AAA, and nearly every major scientific institution paid to study this for their life, concludes intelligence cannot be biologically determined by race. In fact, as most would define it, science says race doesn't exist.

Flynn sounds like he is more PC and is a liberal apologist for the results he found and explains away the results with environment. I am a teacher and am familiar with this song and dance.
