Guitar tabs for this song can be downloaded from my 4shared account:

Studio version: http://www.4shared.com/dir/5821432/a220297f/Meteora.html
Live version: http://www.4shared.com/dir/10077223/cb9013f0/Meteora__Live_.html

This song is played in Eb tuning (Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb). According to an interview with Brad, the studio version of this song was recorded on a baritone guitar tuned Bb Eb Ab Db Gb Bb, but when they play this song live, both Mike and Brad are in Eb tuning. Brad's part doesn't use the low Bb string on the studio version anyway, only Mike's part is modified.

  • Astat after listening to the SIB multitracks i notice a harmonic kinda thing during the chorus,is it sampled live or rockband just created it?

  • @fingerfreak That's not guitar, it's a synth/MIDI sample.

  • Just out of curiosity, how many frets does this guitar have? It looks like there's more than 24, although they kinda start to blend together through the view of the camera.

  • @nickanderson4639 It has 24. It was actually the first 24-fret guitar I'd ever played, and ever since then, I've never understood why more companies don't make 24 frets standard on their guitars. I think it just makes sense to have the highest note on a string 2 octaves above the open note.

  • dont you have tabs for chesters part?

  • @ntheelz Since it's been processed to the point that it sounds nothing like an acoustic guitar anymore, I haven't tabbed it, but the chords would be B minor, G and A barre chords without the top 2 strings (so 3554 and 5776), and E minor (all tuned down half a step of course).
