Well! if you are looking for ''A Tip'' or a ''McDonald's meal'' this is so much at the opposite of it. As a Kinesiologist and Physical Trainer, this is the best video I've seen on YOUTUBE. I recommend you start by being aware of your body limitations. Then, try making relationships in between a specific exercise and a specific move in your swing while having fun. The idea is not to get a better swing. The idea is to get in shape, which in term will give you a better swing.
needs more volume and a 5-10 min video.
