Homeschoolers have friends, that's an unescapable fact. And does she need the TV? TV is for morons who don't have anything better to do. Social skills? Give me a break! Etc. etc.

This. Is. Exelent. I'm definetly adding this to my favs. I told someone that I'm homeschooled on DA, and they were like "Great homeschooling job mom n dad! Moron!". Stupid people. It makes SO angry!
So yeah, about the "this could never be my classrom", I completely agree about it! The only thing is, do we NEED a classroom? We don't! But yeah, completely agree. The school is not a "classroom". It's basically a torture chamber.

@Lyncheh --The young lady in the video is now in college, has been attending part time for threee years, has a 3.8 gpa, and is applying to four year colleges. Homeschool does not negate schooling in a classroom. And who said this was a race to win? You win if you are happy and productive, in whatever way those words have meaning for you. You can be happy and productive and go to school, or be happy and productive and learn at home. It's all good.

And how was it happy? Oh, I know, you mean the current slang term that means "terrible" or "horrible" but having little to no vocabulary skills, you have to resort to a a slang term which is usually considered a homophobic slur. Seven words--and yet you tell me so much about your uneducated self.
