Some reviews say Atom/intel little falls board/OSX only works well for web browsing and office use (like we want OSX just for that) and suggest video playback, like a DVD, won't work fluidly... What's your experience with playing DVD's?

Hows the performance? Would it be good enough for simple editing in iMovie 06?

The performance is pretty decent considering the cost of the machine, it does web browsing and music perfectly and yes, light editing works quite nicely but anything more would be fairly slow, much faster than XP was on this machine. :)

did you get the screen saver and the display sleep working?...
and the mic input?

display and sleep work perfectly, haven't tried mic yet. There is a small issues with graphics as i sometimes get artifacts in text boxes and a fix is being developed at the moment with new drivers.. other than that its perfect :)
