i love what he's saying... but I got kind of confused when he said that anything that is basically caused by pain is not normal. (when he was referring to the menstrual cycle)... so does that mean when a woman gives birth to a child it's not normal to go through pain?

@dawnafternight I don't think that its about women blaming men or men blaming men. It is about women taking responsibility for the roles that we have played and men taking responsibility for theirs. It takes two to tango. As well, the plight of the black community is best understood and healed within the black community. You have no idea of the depth of our experience. None. We hear your input, but its misplaced based on a lack of experiential awareness.

Women do not want equal treatment, and have never wanted equal treatment, what they want is SPECIAL treatment. if a man and a women are walking down the street, if a attacker jumped out with a knife, and the man said to the women she should take care of it, she would say what sort of man are you, then if he replied, I thought we were equal, I wonder how that would go down.

Very true! When one has ultimate power over another, it always seems to be abused! There are current societies where a man is respected just for being a man, yet they, men, abuse that privilege. They make babies, and abandon them. ( all societies, from North America, to Africa, to Russia) Yet the women, out of conditioning, still allow these irresponsible men to plant their seed in their wombs, and sometimes, sadly, not even with full consent. Power hungry men are deceptive.
