  • This look so interesting, i want to make this! What exactly does the dried reconstituted mushrooms taste like, as compared to the fresh ones? Other than convenience, is there any other motivation for opting for them? Thanks and keep the videos coming :)!!

  • @shartanne To me the dried mushrooms have a deeper, more intense flavor than the fresh ones. I use them mainly b/c of their flavor, and also for the fact that you can keep them for a much longer time than the fresh ones :)
