@SmashTactics When in doubt 180 deg C in a fan oven works most of the time for most dishes unless specified differently. It would certainly work in this case. Or you could fry the chicken breast a little longer then just melt the mozzarella under the grill if you'd prefer and aren't that good with the oven!
