  • Breathin heavy after a few punchers you dont box

  • dope

  • When that double end bag spins around it jus looks so kool and it makes u wanna hit it more and u get all into it while slipping and pivoting.

  • The young guy boxes well, but the old man sucks. They should use him as a punching bag. No, kidding. He is kind of a fag though.

  • @furmountain21 check out tua and ibeabuchi

most punches in a heavyweight fight

    u might like it bro

    its a good fight

    nz represent lol

  • paul got raped by a grizzly bear when he was little

  • get a gun

  • Good stuff, useful drills ;) I love my double end much more than the normal heavy bag now ....well partly because my heavy bag is too heavy and hard and my wrists often hurt :)

  • Looks like pretty good work...It's a good combination. I like to throw a left jab..followed by a left hook..left uppercut and a straight right hand.

Whoever said boxes throw 150-300 punches per round is incorrect. There are some fighters who are busy, but only a few can throw 100+ on a consistent basis...Calzaghe can...maybe Israel Vasquez and some of the lighter weights. Guys like Hopkins only throw a select amount of punches..not relying on volume but placement and angles.

    good stuff...

  • hehehe. yes please. illegal boxing moves are fine with me. the guy tried to kill me and threatened to bring a firearm next time so he forfeits his right to fair treatment. as for the getting tired i have three heart conditions, asthma, DID have half a collapsed lung and late stage hep c. i used to walk and sometiemes jog 14km but it's out of the question now. i try to give the bag in the kitchen (lol no, not wife) a belting and can last a bit longer. i'd rather beat this guy than shoot him tho!
