I have been ill and unable to work for years this week. This is a anniversary I could do without, but that is the reality. And it is a short time compared to many people I know who have been ill with this illness for 20 years plus.
In this video I talk about finally recognising the need to learn how to pace myself properly. Fighting this thing just doesn't work. I came accross some helpful material about managing ME/CFS written by Dr Charles Lapp and Bruce Campbell. Two suggestions I found helpful is using a heart rate monitor and a pedometer to help to learn your limits.

What I have learned is I try to do far too much!
@zzirf4551 You are right. That's the problem with me trying to speak without any notes! I think I said anorexic rather than anaerobic a couple of times too!
