@KYUNGILNAM You try singing 18 songs in a row, all the while dancing and moving around. It gets very exhausting and puts a lot of stress on your vocal chords. They do actually try to vocally sing along with the track, so it's not really lip syncing. However having a track playing in the background is the only sure way to deliver a solid performance as it's not realistic to expect them to sing every line of every song while their shaking their bodies and dancing.
