Hi Sandra: Thanks for the video! I just bought a bottle of organic flax oil but I couldn't find organic cottage cheese, so I just bought the regular type. Do you think that will impact the effectiveness of the diet? Thank you so much.

Hi SpringSymphony, You're welcome! If you can't find organic, regular cottage cheese will also be effective. Just blend it very well with the flax oil, add the other ingredients in the recipe, and it should be helpful to you. Of course, anytime we can use organic products, it's better for us, but regular products will work also. For the full Budwig healing plan, please read the articles in the Menu on my site.

Hi Karen, Cottage cheese blended with flax oil, along with the full Budwig plan, are good for prevention of cancer, heart disease, arthritis and other conditions, including CLL lukemia. The recommended 'dosage' for CLL is explained in the video, 3 Tbs flax oil blended with 6 Tbs cottage cheese with the addition of freshly ground flax seeds, fruit, fruit juice and raw nuts twice a day. Please read the FULL Budwig plan on my site. The URL is above. It takes the full plan to stop cancer.

    Hi Sandra,

I would like to introduce this diet to my mom. She has been fighting pancreatic cancer for over a year, and yesterday, she got bad news from her PET scan, which showed that the cancer has spread to other areas. Her oncolgist pretty much told her that there isnt much he can do, other than prolong her life. So basically, I am looking for alternate treatment options. My question is this: can that same recipe be made, but in a smaller portion? She couldn't handle that whole recipe.

Hi JonP5, I'm sorry that your mom is so ill. Yes, you can make a smaller portion of the flax oil/cottage cheese recipe for your mom since her ability to digest food is limited. If possible, give her smaller portions four times a day. Be sure to add fresh fruit that she likes, some fruit juice and the freshly ground flax seeds. All are strong cancer fighters. Also, go to my budwig-videos site and read the rest of the Budwig plan. She needs to eat only foods that help her & stop foods that harm.

Hi Reg, Cliff Beckwith was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer in 1991 at age 69 and given six months to live. He began the Budwig diet and lived 16 more years to age 85. He was active and healthy during most of that time, however, he strayed from the diet considerably for quite a few months and the cancer returned in the last year. There are more testimonials on my website. The URL is above. Best wishes!

Hi, Sandra, Thanks for all your work with the Yahoo Group and for these videos.

I recently read the Cliff Beckwith short anecdotes and wonder if he is still around and has other PCa. success stories. I need a little hope these days.

If you would like you can contact me directly at: 303.544.0340.
