This exercise is based on the study of a particular species of crane which lives on a diet of poisonous creatures. This exercise is it's secret.

Say goodbye to constipation and weak digestion with the practice of this exercise.

  • awesome stuff thanks man

  • @l3erserker you're welcome :)

  • Awesome! So with the breathing - is this like ming-men or the kind where your diaphragm moves outward?

  • @pathsounds yes, you breathing deeply into your belly which forces your diaphram outwards thus pressing your organs against your ab muscles.

  • @RandyEats12 I know it's late but I laughed my ass of to that comment, he's just waiting for the wind to settle though.

  • has any one else heard of such a study ?......can u give some sources please

  • If this works chief, I'm sending you money.

  • @RandyEats12 lol it looks like that

  • This looks really good! I suffer from acid reflux and food rebound (I believe its due to poor digestion) so hopefully this will improve it. Thanks.

  • Thank you for sharing your knowledge!!!

  • Where did you get this information/how do i know this works?

  • 3:20 = LSD flashback

  • That's not it. I was with what U were describing. Then what U did...um, I thought was a warm up. Isn't that called the Tree pose from Indian Yoga? Check out the White Crane style & its basic whipping wing-like movement that ripples wave-like thru the body. U made perfect sense in speaking, cuz that exercise is like other basic exercises for the bowel region that in practice R more isolated 2 that region, but flow thru the whole body when a human does crane-like movements.
