Alrite so since a couple asked, i'll explain what i did to build up to this.
First off, i practiced pullups constantly like maybe 10 pull ups and 10 chinups everytime i walked into my room. That was until i could do 20 pullups / chinups straight without stopping. Then i did towel pull ups / chinups which is wrapping a towel around one end of the bar so that one hand grabs the towel and the other hand grabs the bar. I did these at 10 pull ups / chinups per arm once every night. so basically 40 in addition to the 10 normal pullups/chinups everytime i walk into the room. everyday i try to rely on the towel hand less and the bar hand more. after doing that for 2 months i do this. good luck with training. by the way, you will also start to make more efficient trips out of your room / be scared to leave your room because otherwise you would have to do more pullups haha.

  • @Krypt1kk I weighed in something around that. you just need to train more. that last half is pretty hard to get, it took me like an extra month or so i think after i was stuck in the middle

  • now... what do you want? a sweet?

  • @kaptinfancy maybe someone else in the house made the noise

  • Animal.

  • @zackzayachek13 to do pullups correct you dont swing your legs infront for additional help. you keep your legs behind and let your upper body strength do the work. this isn't rocket science guys its a pullup :)

  • i can do 3 of those and im like double ur weight lol

  • @Duxon12 howww

  • it really does look like he stepped on a table or something but the first half of the pull up is the toughest part & he did that without stepping on anything he's still strong & deserves his credit for achieving that half pull up even if he did the rest by stepping on something.

  • Your body curves like that because you are trying to keep your weight balanced directly under your arm, makes it easier for you to lift. Its normal.

  • I could do TWO one handed pullups if i weighed 46 pounds...

  • you're using your legs to pick you up
